Update! Progress Report on Cyril Ross Nursery Project

We just received the latest update regarding the Cyril Ross Nursery Renovation Project.

Below is the progress report from the project contractor Damion Marcellin

Date:    14th Febuary, 2012

Site:    Cyril Ross Nursery Eldorado Rd

Project: Renovation of Pharmacy and Isolation Room

Contractor: DAMYK LTD

Work completed to date are as follows

Pharmacy

  1. Foundation beams casted (09/02/2012)
  2. Slab casted (11/02/2012)
  3. Exterior wall erected (12/02/2012)
  4. Exterior wall plastered (14/02/2012)
  5. Started framing of ceiling behind doctor’s office (13/02/2012)
  6. Electrical wiring has started for lights and plugs in the pharmacy (14/02/2012)
  7. Emergency gate removed and relocated to the front (13/02/2012)
  8. Door on the corridor to the pharmacy changed (13/02/2012)
  9. Removal of waste material and rubble from site (14/02/2012)

Isolation Room

  1. Wall erected to separate rooms (09/02/2012)
  2. Bathroom floor tiled (11/02/2012)
  3. Entrance door changed (13/02/2012)
  4. Old window removed
  5. Door framed installed and blocks erected for bath room (14/02/2012)
  6. Electrical for air conditioning unit completed (14/02/2012)

Work to be completed by 18th Febuary, 2012 as weather permits

  1. Repair roof over doctor’s office
  2. Cover extension over pharmacy
  3. Demolition of old pharmacy wall
  4. Installation of air condition in pharmacy
  5. Installation of air condition in isolation room
  6. Cast ring beam for roof (15/02/2012)
